2．System Safety Device

In order to ensure the safety during using, the system is designed with the following safety protection devices:

a) Sleep Mode: the camera light off, which is the safe standby state of the system;

b) When the product fails to work properly due to connection failure or other reasons, the red light is on to give an instruction;

3．Hand-piece

a) When working, it is strictly forbidden to pull the cable of the hand-piece device, for it may cause damage

b) The workplace of Intraoral Camera should be kept clean, ventilated and dry, so as to maintain a certain ambient temperature.

c) The Intraoral Camera is an optical equipment, please be careful when using and placing it. Don't drop or bump the equipment to avoid unnecessary damage.

d) In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, dismantle or cause mechanical damage at will is not allowed. The hand-piece should be placed in a safe position when not in use, which don't allowed to be placed at will, so as to avoid unsafe risks.

e) The method to check the integrity of Intraoral Camera is to start the supporting software system and connect the power supply. If the power light isn't on, it may indicate that the hand-piece cable is faulty. If power light isn't on, it may indicate that the supporting software isn't started or the transmission system is faulty.

4．Safe Use of Site and Personnel

a) Personnel

 It should assign a special person to maintain the Intraoral Camera. All staff should have received formal training, master the theoretical knowledge of Optics and common sense of protection, and they should be proficient in the operation of the Intraoral Camera.

b) Site

－The site of Intraoral Camera should be in a controllable environment with air conditioning, and keep the room dry. In addition, the Intraoral Camera should be took away from direct sunlight when it works. The environment must be clean, ventilated and free from shock and vibration.

－Flammable anesthetics or oxidizing gases such as nitrous oxide (N2O) and oxygen must be avoided when the Intraoral Camera works. Solvents and flammable solutions used for cleaning and disinfection should be volatilized before using the product. Please pay attention to the danger of internal gas ignition.
