On November 2, 2019, the review meeting for the 4th Batch of Outstanding Entrepreneurial Leaders in Zhangjiagang was officially held in the Guomao Express Hotel. At this time, 30 evaluation experts, from Shanghai, Nanjing and other places, were divided into 6 groups for professional interview and giving their evaluations.

A total of 140 declared projects were received in this meeting and 61 projects finally entered the defense stage after preliminary qualification examination, industrialization joint examination and expert online evaluation. In addition, there were six groups in the meeting which cover a wide range of disciplines and industrial fields such as electronic information, mechanical equipment, biomedicine, new materials, new energy and so on.
